WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
It will take 2- 5 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out by latest Friday).
If we are unable to process your order to due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
ESTIMATE SHIPPING TIME
United States 2 - 4 weeks
International (Australasia, Europe) 3 - 6 weeks
At the moment, all Area Collections orders are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 3 - 4 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long custom takes, which can vary from country to country.
For items that ship from our overseas manufacturer / supplier, there's typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it's processed at USPS facilities in the U.S. This usually takes between 5 - 7 days on average, although it can take as long as 8 - 12 days.
Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:
- Weather
- Strikes (eg. postal strikes)
- Time of the Year (eg. Holiday Season)
- Large or Bulky items
- Shipping Provider Errors
If any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.
SHIPPING GUARANTEE:
To back up our commitment and promise to you, we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination.
USA (Mainland): 40 days
USA (Other): 45 days
Canada: 40 days
Australia: 40 days
New Zealand: 40 days
UK: 45 days
Rest of the World: 60 days
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any custom taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4 - 6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below.
We are NOT responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
