*Please note that due to COVID-19 and the supply chain logistics, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments to certain countries.
This could mean that your package may be withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays.

Shipping & Delivery time frames may range depending on the item ordered and your delivery address.
All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days.
Shipping to USA, Canada:
Standard Insured Shipping: 14 - 25 days.
Shipping to Worldwide:
Standard Worldwide Insured Shipping: 20 - 35 days.
For hot seasonal items that are in high demand, please allow up to 30 days / 2- 4 weeks for delivery.

Our handling time usually takes about 2-3 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world.
Shipping Cost
We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders above $75*. Any order below this amount will be charged a shipping rate reflected at checkout.
Please note - Heavy and Fragile items are subject to additional shipping charges that are levied on a per-product basis. These items are not eligible for Free Shipping Over $50.
Do you provide Tracking Information?
Yes, we will send you the tracking number of your orders to the email you filled up when placing your orders. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 5 - 7 days after you receive the email.

We partner and source from global merchants and artisans from all over the world in order to provide you with the best prices for the most interesting products. Because your orders are shipped directly from our global merchants, sometimes the items can take up to 3 to 5 weeks to arrive. Please don't panic if it hasn't shown up immediately. It is on its way to you, surely. ;)

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 2 - 5 business days.

How can I modify my Order?
We totally understand when there is a change of mind. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at support@areacollections.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once the order is processed and is shipped out, we are sorry that there is no cancellation.
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
Our products are set in US Dollar. But our system will automatically convert it for you, don't worry!
Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.
Shopping for your home should be fun, and most times, it is okay to mix things up!
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30 days Return & Exchange/ Refund Policy.
If an item isn’t the perfect match, we'll send you replacements (for free) or you return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging to our head office address at 152 Haig Road, #13-03, SG 438791, Singapore.
Area Collections does not cover the cost of return goods shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you, we will begin to process the refund which will take 2 to 4 business days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain conditions where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
